AD7417ARZ

  AD7417和AD7418是10位、四通道和单通道ADC，具有片内温度传感器，可采用2.7 V至5.5 V单电源供电。这些器件内置15 μs逐次逼近型转换器、5通道多路复用器、温度传感器、时钟振荡器、采样保持器和基准电压源(2.5 V)。AD7416仅具有温度监控功能，采用8引脚封装。

通过多路复用器通道0可以访问这些器件上的温度传感器。选择通道0并启动转换后，转换结束时产生的ADC码为环境温度的测量结果（25°C时精度为±1°C）。可以将温度的上下限编程写入片内寄存器，器件提供一个开漏过温指示器(OTI)输出；当温度超过限值时，该输出有效。

配置寄存器允许对OTI输出（高电平有效或低电平有效）检测及其工作模式（比较器或中断）进行编程。可编程故障队列计数器允许设置超限测量的次数，必须达到该次数才能触发OTI输出，从而防止高噪声环境中的杂散现象触发OTI输出。
